You're invited to RSVP online; there is no need to mail anything. The deadline is April 25, 2025.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will occur outside.
Free parking will be available for all guests; a golf cart will meet you in the parking lot and drop you off at the garden entrance.
A block of rooms has been reserved at TownePlace Suites Weatherford from Friday, May 23, until Monday, May 25, 2025, titled: Pogue & Olmstead Wedding. You're invited you to book here to receive a small discount for your stay.
Consider the dress code Semi-Formal Garden Party Attire. For this time of year in Texas, the following is suggested:
Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels
Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional.
Have fun with your outfit! Be comfortable and vibrant — color and patterns are encouraged. If you're still wondering what to wear, please find additional inspiration here.
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand; please reach out if you have any questions.
We are happy to welcome children, as long as they are able to remain respectful throughout the event.
Come hungry! Salad, pasta and dessert will be provided.
Ensuring you are in your seats on time will kick the evening off right.
It's suggested that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time to admire the garden and acknowledge other guests. Late arrivals will not be able to enter past 4:25pm.
Unless you are apart of the wedding party, there will be no additional events on wedding weekend.
Consider this wedding unplugged. Mobile screens may interfere with professional photography. Live in the moment!
Clark Gardens is wheelchair accessible, with many paths suitable for wheelchairs and motorized carts, and accessible parking and restrooms.
